2、ininfrastructureindustry.Meanwhile,theeconomicdevelopmentissorapidthattherelatedtheoreticalresearchisstillnotperfect.VariouskindsofriskinBTmodelexistsfromthebeginningtotheendofproject.Ifrelatedcompliancefileisnotcompete,theinvolvedentitieswouldbepunished
3、byrelevantauthorities;ifconstructiontimeistoolong,themarketdemandmaychange;duringconstructionperiod,weatherchangemightalsocausedelaytoconstructionschedule.Thereiscomplicatedrelationbetweenallkindsofrisk,ifnotcontrolled,insignificantriskmaydiminishproject
4、proceeds.Therefore,studyontheriskofBTmodeisanecessary.Furthermore,underthecurrentBTmodeconditions,onlylarge-scaleconstructionenterprisescanbeartherisk.Sincelargeenterprisesisnotveryflexibleineconomictransform,itwouldanopportunityforlargeenterprisesnowtha
5、tthegovernmentencouragesBTmode.ThispaperexplainswhytheBTmodeisimportantforinfrastructureindustryathomeandabroad.Insection1,thepaperintroducesrelatedresearchesonBTmode.Insection2,theauthorsummarizestheBTmode,estimatesrelatedriskandproposessolution.Insecti
