3、heRMBexchangeratefluctuationismoreandmorehigher,theRMBexchangerateagainstthedollarhasrisenfrom8.1917in2005to20146.1190.ThefluctuationofRMBexchangerateaffectsthescaleandstructureofforeigntradeChina.AsthefirstbigChinaforeigntradeimportandexport,importandexportofmachineryande
4、quipmentalsohaswiththeRMBexchangerate,whichisgreatlyaffected.Basedontheabovebackground,thispaperismainlyontheRMBexchangeratechangesandtherelationshipbetweenthemachineryandequipmentimportandexportofempiricalanalysis.Thestudyfirstusestherelatedliteratureathomeandabroad,combi
5、nedwithalargenumberofstatisticaldata,thestatusquoofexporttradeonChinaindustrymachineryandequipmentimportandintroducedindetail.Then,thispaperfocusesontheanalysisoftherelationshipbetweenRMBexchangerateandmechanicalequipmentimportandexport.Finally,takingAumundMachineryTrading
6、Companyasanexample，thispaperalsoputforwardtheirownproposalsforhowtopromotethedevelopmentofChina'smachineryandequipmentindustry.Themainconclusionsofthisstudyare:firstly,withtheappreciationoftheRMB,China'simportsofmachineryandequipmentisincreasing,theresultsoftheanalysisandp
