1、ABSTRACTEconomicglobalizationmakesthecountriesallovertheworldinfluencedbyFDIspillovereffect,especiallyfordevelopingcountries.TheFDIspillovereffectmainlyrevealsthattheforeigndirectinvestmentconstitutionwillaffecttheareafutureandtheeconomicaldevelopmenttendenc
2、y.Sincethereformandopenpolicy,Jiangsuprovincehasattractedalargeamountofforeigndirectinvestment.Therefore,analyzingJiangsuprovincewhoisarepresentativeareaandtofindoutsomelawshowFDIspillovereffectcomesout,canprovidewithsomerepresentativeregionalevidencestothei
3、ssueandtotakeoutsomeappropriatepolicestopromotethespillovereffect.Inthispaper,studyfoundthatJiangsuprovinceabsorbingFDIshowsnewfeaturessince1985.Somenewcharacteristicshaveappearedinsourceplace,investmentwayandtheforeigncapitalsconstitutionofJiangsuProvinceat
4、present;intermsofconstitutionofsourceplace,takeForeign-fundedenterprisesasthecoreinthesourceplaceoftheforeigncapitals;Asfortheregionalcoverage,thesouthlandhasattractedmoreFDIthanthenorthernregion;Intermsofutilizingway,theindividualproprietorshiptrendofFDIisb
5、eingstrengthenedconstantly；Accordingtoindustry,takeinvestmentofthemanufacturingindustryasthecore.Thesechangesseemtobenotatallrelevanttoitsinherentconnectionandcertainty.fromthepointofviewofhostcountry,weshouldcareevenmorethiskindofchangeespeciallyoverflowont
6、heinfluenceoftheeffecttoFDItechnology,thereforewecantakecorrespondingcountermeasureandmeasureaccordingtoitsfavorableoradverseeffectofemerging.Inthispaper,weanalyzetheFDIspillovereffectinJiangsuprovincefromtheurbanaspect,regressionresultsshowthat:Toimprovethe
7、levelofhumancapitalandincreasethescientificandtechnologicalinputhaveapositiveeffectonFDItechnologyspillovers,whileahigherlevelofmarketopeninginhibitedthiseffect,whichmakesusbegantoreflecttheadverseeffectsduetoover-exploitation.Asfortheindustrialdata,weanalyz
