1、Xx县xxx镇xx村扶贫项目农业产业建设规划方案 （2012－2014） 为全面推进我村农业经济发展，优化产业结构，加快新农村建设进程，增加农民收入。我们按照xxx县“十二五”发展规划总体要求，结合本村实际情况，在广泛征求全村干部与村民意见、建议的基础上，编制本规划。一、基本现状与存在的问题（一）、基本现状xx镇xx村位于xx镇西南部，西与西北遂宁市磨溪镇接壤，东北与青石村相临，东连曹家村，南与九道、回龙两村连界。全村共有6个村民小组，人口2742人，全村幅员面积5.6平方公里，有耕地2100亩，其中旱地1450亩，水田
2、650亩。村内有村级公路6公里，二级提灌站3处。xx村在处四川盆地中东部，属亚热带湿润季风气候区，冬暖夏凉，四季分明，日照充足。受盆地影响，春早秋晚，直射光较短，散射光较强。受高空西风环流和印度洋、太平洋季风控制，锋面、季风活动频繁，雨量充沛，夏半年雨量多，冬半年雨量较少。年降水966.2毫米，雨季多集中于4-10月，年均温17.5℃，年日照1184小时，无霜期336天。theirownconditionstodevelopthecorrectroad,themaximumtoavoidinvestmentrisk,ga
