2、iveofthedevelopingcountriesanddevelopedcountries,theirtradeproportionoftotalworldtradearegrowing,whichshowsthatthebilateraltradebetweenChinaandtheUnitedStateshasbeendevelopingrapidlyinrecentyears.Sofar,theUnitedStatesandChinaarethesecondlargesttradingpartner,whilethelargestcountrythatChinaexportsis
3、theUnitedStates.WiththerapiddevelopmentofbilateraltradebetweenChinaandtheUnitedStates,itstradeimbalancesalsoappear,whichcausedmoreandmorepeople’attention.From2000tonow,China'stradesurpluswithAmericaaccountedformorethan60%ofChina'stotaltradesurplus.Withthedevelopmentofglobaleconomy,thetradeimbalance
4、hasinfluencethetraderelationsseriouslybetweenthetwocountries,therefore,weshouldstudythesino-ustradeimbalancetofindsolutiontothisproblem,whichisgoodforsolvingtheproblemofsino-ustradeandforthehealthyandstabledevelopmentofbilateraleconomicandtraderelations.Inrecentyears,domesticandforeignscholarshaves
5、tudiedthetradeimbalancesbetweenChinaandtheUnitedStates.Forthephenomenonofsino-ustradeimbalance,manyscholarshaveinitiallythoughtthatwasduetothedifferenceofcomparativeadvantageandcompetitiveadvantageofChinaandtheUnitedStates.Butthroughtheresearch,wefoundthatsino-ustradeimbalanceislargelyduetoU.S.expo
6、rtcontrolpolicies,especiallythediscriminationagainstChineseexports.Thisisagreatachievementofthemajorityofscholarsonthesino-ustradeimbalance.However,thedomesticandforeignscholarstendtoanalyzethephenomenonofthecommoditytradeimbalances,andignoredthestudyoftheservicetradeimbalances.Therefore,basedonthe
