1、-烟台大学硕士学位论文中文摘要半枝莲为唇形科黄芩属植物半枝莲(ScutellariabarbataD.Don)的干燥全草,主产于我国大部分地区。味微苦,性凉,归肝、肾、肺经,具有清热解毒、活血祛瘀、利尿消肿、抗癌等功效。采用硅胶柱色谱,制备高效液相色谱,SephadexLH-20凝胶柱色谱等多种手段进行分离纯化,从半枝莲乙醇提取物的氯仿部位得到21个化合物。通过理化性质及波谱数据鉴定了12个化合物的结构。其中黄酮类化合物5个,二氢黄酮类化合物1个,蒽醌类化合物1个,酚酸类化合物3个,甾体化合物2个。结构为β-谷甾醇(β-Sitoste
2、rol,1)、5-羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基黄酮(5-hydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxyflavone,2)、5-羟基-7,8,4′-三甲氧基黄酮(5-hydroxy-7,8,4′-trimethoxyflavone,3)、三裂鼠尾草素(5-Hydroxy-6,7,4′-trimethoxyflavone,Salvigenin,4)、汉黄芩素(5,7-dihydroxy-8-methoxyflavone,wogonin,5)、2-羟基-3-甲基蒽醌(2-hydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone,6)、反式-3
3、-(4′-羟基苯基)丙烯酸乙酯((E)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acrylicacidethylester,7)、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯(Ethyl-4-hydroxybenzoate,8)、羟基苯甲醛(p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,9)、柚皮素(Naringenin,10)、4′-羟基汉黄芩素(4′-Hydroxywogonin,11)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,12)。其中化合物2,3,6,7为首次从黄芩属中分离得到的化合物,化合物4为第一次从半枝莲中分离得到的化合物。关键词:唇形科;黄芩属;半枝莲;
