1、-AbstractWiththedevelopmentofmineralresources,theecologicalenvironmentproblemshavebecomeincreasinglyprominentinmines.Theecologicalqualityoftheenvironmentcontinuestodrop.Greenvegetationisthemostsensitiveandimportantenvironmentalfactorsinecologicalenvironment.Itschangesmakedirector
2、indirectimpactonotherenvironmentalfactors.Vegetationfractionalcoverisanimportantecologicalparameters,it’salsoanimportantbasisfordescribingtheecosystemdata.Therefore,researchthechangesofvegetationfractionalcovercanprovideanimportantreferencefortheprotectionofvegetation.TakingFuxin
3、Mineasanexample,thispaperestimatesthevegetationfractionalcoverrespectivelyusingtwooftheLandsatETMimagesin1996and2002.Basedontheestimationresults,itmakesstatisticalanalysisonthetwochangesofthevegetationfractionalcoverwithARCGIS.Itsumsupthecharacteristicsofthechangesoftimeandspaceo
4、vertheyears.Experimentalresultsshowthatthemineandsurroundingregionshavearapiddeclineinvegetationfractionalcoverduring7yearsduetotheimpactofminingactivities.Thesurfacedegradationofvegetationisrelativelyserious,especiallythewestandsouth-centralareas,vegetationfractionalcoverreduced
5、morethan50%.Thenitputsforwardsomesuggestionofsolvingthevegetationfractionalcoverreduction.Finally,accordingtotheextractedinformationandchangeinformation,itcarriesoutFuxinHaizhouMinevegetationfractionalcoverchangessysteminIDLlanguagethatcanstoreandmanageimagedata,withbasicediting,
6、queryandanalysiscapabilities.TheresultsofthisstudycanserveasthereferenceofmonitoringinFuxinvegetationfractionalcover,itcanhelpplantofacilitatetherehabilitationofvegetationminingarea,itcanprovideatheoreticalbasisforthesustainabledevelopmentofmineralresources.KeyWords:Mine;vegetati
