1、企业的物料搬运系统优化研究摘要本论文是运用方法研究优化企业的物料搬运系统，研究现场是总机厂电机修理厂。通过对其现场调查，找出现存的问题，再通过运用方法研究的技术对这些问题进行改善和处理。在处理问题的过程中简化工艺流程,优化设施布置，减少物料搬运次数和搬运时间，最终达到优化物料搬运系统的目的。论文主要内容包括以下五部分内容：第一部分：绪论。交代了本研究题目的来源及意义；对阜新市总机厂的简介。第二部分：对方法研究的基础理论的介绍。其中包括方法研究的介绍、程序分析的介绍和各种程序分析及应用的介绍。第三部分：对机修一车间物料搬运系统的优化。其中包括现场调查并发现问题
