8、到现场情况，不便于沟通和指挥。从调度管理和安全管理方面，其应用受到限制。3G视频及GPS定位技术的成熟给车辆、轮船等交通工具导航定位提供了具体实时监看和位置定位能力。车载3G视频GPS接收机使驾驶员能够随时知道自己具体位置及随时将图像
