2、owsthatthebiggestproblemsexistinChina'scurrenteconomicarenotsupplyanddemandtensionofelectricpower,ironandsteel,aswellasimbalanceoftraditionalindustrialandfinancialrisksmaycausedbyexcessiveinvestmentgrowth,buttheecologicalenvironmentcrisisneglectedintheprocessofrapideconomicgrowth.SparkProgramist
3、hemajortechnologyindustryplanapprovedbythePartycentralcommitteeandstatecouncilin1986,relyingonscienceandtechnologytorevitalizetheruraleconomy,ruralscienceandtechnologytopromoteeconomicintegration.SparkIndustrialBeltinGansuCorridor(SIBGC)asoneof12nationalSparkIndustryBeltswiththeapprovaloftheStat
4、econstruction,throughtheimplementationofagricultureindustrializationstrategy,sustainabledevelopmentstrategy,strongindustrialstrategy,open-ledstrategy,coordinationofresonancestrategy,torealizetheruraleconomydevelopment,agriculturalandtechnologicalprogressandraisingtheincomeofthefarmers.5-yearpass
5、edsincetheprojectstartedin2003,theoveralleconomicstrengthofSIBGChasmarkedlyincreased,andaverageannual---growthrateofGDPis18.2%,whichhassignificanteconomicbenefits.SIBGCinpossessionofahugeindustrialzonedevelopment,atthesametime,duetotheirrationalindustrialstructureandextensivemodeofeconomicgrowth
6、andotherfactors,resultinginitsecologicalenvironmentisveryprominent,andasoundecologicalenvironmenthasbecomeagreatshortageofproductionfactors,itseffectsontheeconomysocialdevelopment,thegrowingconstraints,ecologicalsecurityissuesfacingseverechallenges.Coordinateddevelopmentofecologyandeconomyisthem
