1、-上海交通大学硕士学位论文我国水路内贸集装箱运输发展战略研究摘要我国首次尝试内贸集装箱运输的时间要早于国际集装箱运输，但是其发展却几经周折、甚至停顿不前，至今仍落后于国际集装箱的发展水平。96年以后，随着国内经济的持续稳定发展，我国水路内贸集装箱运输出现了喜人的发展势头，很多港口内贸集装箱吞吐量的增长幅度远远超过了同期外贸集装箱的增长速度，中海等主要航运企业也纷纷投入人力物力积极开辟内贸集装箱运输航线、投资码头建设；同时，国内货主对于内贸货走水路集装箱的认识也逐渐加深，原来的散货、路运货转为水路集装

2、箱运输的货量越来越大，适箱货的比例也越来越大。但是，多年来的缓慢发展也暴露出不少问题。政府相关部门政策拉动及法律法规规范不到位；港航企业缺乏战略眼光，进入市场不是滞后就是盲目；市场调节作用不明显，信息化水平低；基础设施建设投资不足、经营管理水平低。本文回顾了我国水路内贸集装箱运输的发展历程，并对我国内贸箱的发展现状和存在的问题进行了分析。在此前提下，通过已有的对外贸集装箱生成量预测的理论的学习，选择可拓聚类预测模型，介绍了这一模型的数学算法和建模机制，将这一数学模型应用于内贸箱生成量的预测。通过收集

3、整理1997年至2004年的有关数据，对2005年内贸集装箱运输的生成量进行预测，得到了对比实际值比较理想的拟合结果。同时应用其他传统的预测方法，将几个预测结果进行对比分析来突出可拓聚类预测的优越性。最后对预测结果进行分析，并针对未来我国沿海和长江沿线内贸箱的发展给出了自己的建议。关键词：内贸集装箱，可拓聚类预测，国内生产总值，物元模型–1–---上海交通大学硕士学位论文RESEARCHONDOMESTICTRADECONTAINERSHIPPINGOFCHINAABSTRACTThefirstdo
