2、问题。了解农村义务教育的教师绩效工资满意度，对绩效工资政策的完善和绩效工资评价的改革具有重大的意义。本研究以安徽省利辛县的农村义务教育公办学校教师为研究对象。采用问卷，调查了530名在职农村教师，收回的有效问卷为512份。对数据进行采集、录入，使用SPSS16.0统计软件对数据进行分析，通过独立样本t检验、F检验（单因素方差分析）、描述统计分析对数据进行处理。在问卷调查之前和其后分别对部分教师进行访谈。对调查和访谈的资料进行分析和讨论，在此基础上提出了绩效工资政策完善和绩效工资评价改革的建议。农村义务教育教师绩效工资满意度研究得出如下结论：（1）用独立样本t检验得出，农村教师对义务教育绩效工

3、资的满意度，在性别、学校类型上不存在显著性差异。（2）通过F检验（单因素方差分析）得出，农村教师对义务教育绩效工资的满意度，在职称、教龄、职务上不存在显著性差异。（3）通过描述统计分析得出，农村教师对义务教育绩效工资的满意度，在工作倾向的维度上处在一般满意水平、在人际关系的维度上处在比较不满意水平、在绩效评价的维度上处在比较不满意水平、政府期望的维度上处在一般满意水平。关键词：农村义务教育；教师绩效工资；绩效评价；绩效工资满意度ITheSurveyofTeacherPerformancePaySatisfactioninRuralCompulsoryEducationAbstract：Sin
