1、国际工程施工索赔及案例分析InternationalConstructionClaimandCasesAnalyze课程科目建设工程合同管理学生姓名学生学号所在院系土木工程学院所在班级任课教师摘要：近几年来我国经济飞速发展，各行各业与国际市场接轨的趋势愈加明显。虽然目前我国尚未完全对外开放建筑市场，但是在经济全球化的大环境下，我国建筑市场的对外开放无疑是必然的。而且现在我国已有许多施工队伍走出国门，前往中东及非洲参与各种援建项目。在复杂的涉外援建项目中，索赔是时常发生甚至不可避免的。然而由于我国在工程索赔方面尚不十分完善，这使得我国的施工队伍在国际工程中难以占据主动地位。本文主要站在参与涉外工
