2、展的困难更多，正是这许许多多的困难造成了我国中小民营企业的短寿现象。据有关部门调查显示，我国中小民营企业的平均寿命只有2．9年。本文追溯了中小民营企业产生、发展的历史背景，调查了大量的中小民营企业和文献资料，阐述了中小民营企业的特点和中小民营企业发展存在的主要问题，分析了中小民营企业短寿的原因主要有外部环境的原因、企业自身内部管理的原因及企业领导人的素质原因等。但是通过对近十几年来国内媒体的数百例相关报道的梳理，和对其中涉及中小民营企业的案例的研究，发现了导致中国中小民营企业短寿的主蕞原因是中小民营企业领导人的素质问

3、题。最后针对中小民营企业存在的问题和短寿的主要原因，本文还提出了延长中小民营企业寿命的一些对策和方法。通过对中小民营企业短寿原因的分析，可以引起大家对中小民营企业短寿现象的关注，同时文中提出的延长中小民营企业寿命的对策也可以为大多数中小民营企业或企业家借鉴。关键词：中小民营企业短寿生命周期理论领导人素质华中科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractSmallandMiddle—sizedCivilian-runEnterprisesrosequicklyinthepasttwentyyearsandbccamealless
