1、青岛大学硕士学位论文氢水对新生大鼠脑缺血损伤的神经保护作用研究姓名:蔡建美申请学位级别:硕士专业:病理学与病理生理学指导教师:徐珞20090608氢水对新生大鼠脑缺血缺氧损伤的神经保护作用研究摘要目的:探讨氢生理盐水对新生大鼠脑缺血缺氧损伤的神经保护作用。方法:参照Rice.Vannucci模型,建立新生大鼠脑缺血缺氧模型(HIBD),采用氯化2,3,5.三苯基四氮唑(2,3,5.triphenyltetrazoliumchloride,TrC)、HE染色和Nissl组织化学染色方法,观察大鼠皮层和海马CAl区细胞凋亡数;采用Caspase.3/CPP32生物化学法观察皮层和海
