1、南方红豆杉种子综合处理过程中内源激素的动态变化(英文)广西植物Guihaia31(3):370—3762011年5月DOI:10.3969/).issn.1000—3142.2011.05.017南方红豆杉种子综合处理过程中内源激素的动态变化张艳杰,鲁顺保,高扞东(1.江西师范大学生命科学学院,南昌330022;2.南京林业大学森林资源与环境学院,南京2l0037)摘要:为揭示南方红豆杉种子内源激素与休眠的关系,采用酶联免疫吸附法(EIIsA)测定了经过层积处理的种皮和胚乳的脱落酸(ABA),赤霉素(GA3),吲哚乙酸(IAA),玉米素核苷(ZR)4种内源激素含量的变化情况
2、.结果表明:种子胚乳中内源ABA的含量随着层积时间的延长而逐渐下降,GA含量增加,IAA和ZR的含量先增加后降低,GA/ABA,IAA/ABA和zR/ABA逐渐增大,休眠随之解除.种皮中内源ABA,GA,IAA和ZR的含量均随着层积时间的延长而逐渐下降.其中GA/ABA的变化较大,因此,南方红豆杉种子休眠的限制因子很可能是ABA和GA的平衡调控作用.关键词:南方红豆杉;种子;内源激素CLCNumber:Q945DocumentCode:AArticleID:1000—3142(20l1)030370—07chinensisVar.maireiseedduringstrati
