1、本科毕业设计（论文）题目：西安铁路中心医院办公楼院系：专业：学号：姓名：指导教师：2016年4月摘要本工程为西安铁路中心医院办公楼设计，主体为5层框架结构，总面积约4480㎡，，由主管部门批准的新建建筑规划以及其地理位置，建筑平面布置成长方型。该公寓楼楼主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，柱网尺寸为6m×7.8m，总长度为54m，总宽度为18.3m,总高度为20.4m，占地面积为988.2m2左右，总建筑面积为4480m2，共五层，各层层高均为3.9m。外墙采用300mm厚空心砖水泥砌块；楼梯间墙为200mm实心砌块；内墙采用200mm厚空心水泥砌块。柱子采用500mm×500mm方形柱，

2、每层的柱子截面尺寸一样。梁的截面高度由其跨度确定，考虑到施工便利，边跨主梁尺寸为300mm×750mm，中跨主梁采用300㎜×650㎜，次梁均为250mm×450mm，所用钢筋为HRB400级，梁混凝土为C40,板混凝土为C40，柱子为C40。楼梯采用现浇钢筋混凝土板式楼梯，所用钢筋为HRB335级，混凝土C40。楼板现浇钢筋混凝土楼板，钢筋HPB300级，混凝土C40。由于场地地质条件良好，基础采用柱下独立基础。建筑内部设有二部楼梯，满足防火要求。屋面排水采用有组织排水。抗震设防烈度为8度，Ⅱ类场地土。本设计严格遵守我国现行规范和有关规定，计算中包括荷载汇集，地震作用，风荷载，内力组合，
