1、毕业论文基于组态软件的水箱液位监控系统设计摘要监控组态软件是面向监控与数据采集的软件平台工具,利用它可以快速、方便的构造和生成上位机监控系统,极大的缩短工业监控软件的开发周期,提高开发效率。随着信息化速度的加快,监控组态软件将发挥越来越重要的作用。本文首先对国内外的组态软件的现状和发展进行了介绍,论述了工业过程监控组态软件的基本工作原理,然后以双容水箱监控系统为例,详细介绍了基于昆仑通态MCGS(MonitorandControlGeneratedSystem)的系统监控软件的组态思路和方法。结合课题的需求,设计了本系统的组态式监控软件,完成了图形界面、趋势图、报表设计、I/O变量设置及报警
2、界面等模块的功能设计,并对MCGS与下位机PLC的联接通讯进行了研究,最后,对设计的监控组态软件进行了测试和运行,整个系统人机对话方便,系统构成灵活,验证了所设计的监控软件的有效性。关键词:MCGS,组态软件,双容水箱,监控系统BasedonconfigurationsoftwarewaterlevelofthedesignofmonitoringsystemAbstractThemonitoringconfigurationsoftwareisfacingthesoftwareplatformtoolofthemonitoringanddatacollection.Byusingit,th
