2、e(T)、estradiol(E2)andepidermalgrowthfactor(EGF)contentintheanimalmodels,andobservethemorphologicalchangeofthemiceandrats’prostate,thymus，renalandspleen.ToevaluatecurativeeffectandinitiallyrevealclarifytherapeuticactionofWujiBaifengPelletrestrainingBPH.ofmiceandratsmodels.Methods:Bysubcutaneousin
3、jectingtestosteronepropionate5mg/kgincastratedmiceeverydaytocopytheBPHmicemodel.Threedayslaterfrommicecastrated,respectivelydrenchthesuspl.oflongbishucaps(0.45g/kg,fiftytimesofclinicdosage),thesuspl.ofwujibaifengpellet（9g/kg、4.5g/kg、2.25g/kg，2ml/100g）andthesamedosagesalineintheblankgroupandmodel
4、group,onceadayforthreeweeks.Twohourafterlastadministration,takebloodfromeyesockets,putthemicetodeath,observethechangesofprostateweight,prostateexponent,measuretheT、E2contentinbloodserum,andobservethemorphologicalchangeofthemiceandrats’prostate,thymus，renalandspleenineachgroup.Bysubcutaneousinjec
5、tingtestosteronepropionate4mg/kg/dincastratedmiceeverydaytocopytheBPHmicemodel.Sevendayslaterfrommicecastrated,respectivelydrenchthesuspl.oflongbishucaps(0.3g/kg,tentimesofclinicdosage),thesuspl.ofwujibaifengpellet（6g/kg、3g/kg、1.5g/kg，2ml/100g）andthesamedosagesalineintheblankgroupandmodelgroup,o
