1、上海理工大学国际学生公寓管理规定AdministrativeRegulationofInternationalStudentsApartment(ISA)ofUSST住宿规定RulesandRegulations一、留学生住宿由留学生办公室统一安排，凡取得我校留学生学籍者或校际交流与交换生，可按留学生收费标准申请入住国际学生公寓。InternationalStudentsOffice(HereinafterreferredtoasISO)isinchargeofapartmentarrangement.Allregisteredinter

2、nationalstudentsofUSST,includingdegreestudents,exchangestudentsandvisitingstudents(hereafterreferredtoasstudents),canapplytoliveinISAaccordingtorentrateforinternationalstudents.（1）留学生应自觉遵守各项中国法律、校纪校规和规章制度。StudentswholiveinISAmustabidebyChineselawsandallrulesandregulations

3、ofUSST.（2）国际学生公寓仅限留学生本人居住，主要安排公费留学生住宿和新生留学生1年的住宿，视房源情况接受自费留学生住宿，留学生入住国际学生公寓须提出申请和签订《住宿协议》。OnlysuccessfulapplicantsthemselveswillliveinISA.ISAwillaccommodatefullscholarshipstudentsandfreshmenintheirfirstschoolyearinthefirstplace,andrestoftheapartmentswillbeopentoapplicatio

4、ns(AccommodationApplicationFormshouldbefilledandAccomodationAgreementistobesigned).（3）国际学生公寓实行一房一价、网上预订、先订先得、先付后用、住宿费一年一调的原则，公费留学生住宿由学校统一安排，自费留学生住宿视房源情况自行选择。留学生校内住宿按留学生类别，补贴住宿费和电费。使用一卡通，收缴住宿及电费。卧具、淋浴费、洗衣费、网络使用费由留学生自费购买。Onlinereservationwillprovidefairopportunitytoapplican

6、citywillbegiventostudentsaccordingtostudenttype.Electroniccardisusedtocollectchargeonrentalandelectricity.Bedding,showerfees,laundryfeesandinternetfeeswillbepaidbythestudents.（4）新生入住登记，凭入学通知书和护照办理登记手续。入住登记时，公费留学生须支付租房押金500元（人民币），自费留学生须支付租房押金1000元。Whenfreshmencheckin,pleas

7、ebringyourAdmissionNoticeandPassport.FullscholarshipstudentsshouldpayrentaldepositRMB500,whilecommonersshouldpayrentaldepositRMB1,000.（5）租房以学期为租赁期，自费留学生入住须按规定足额缴纳住宿费，入住时一次性付清—个学期的房费。逾期不交者，加收违约金（违约金指欠费部分每个日历日加3%的费用），如超过10天，国际学生公寓服务台有权终止服务，并依法追缴欠费和违约金。在学期中途不得退房或换房，在租赁期内如搬离公
