6、···········································1517天津理工大学管理学院flexsim应用设计课程设计一、系统概述A公司是一家小型玩具生产企业,专门制造可组装型的玩具,对玩具的部件生产检验及组装要求极为严格,现根据其中一款主营玩具X的流程进行模拟仿真,在X玩具的制作流程中有一个对玩具基础部件的检验入库过程和一个对玩具的组装包装出库过程。1.部件检验入库玩具X由3种部件组装而成,在对原料进行加工后产生的3种部件A、B、C进行检验,不合格的回收重新加工,合格的输送到暂存区进行分类后入

8、作常见的团队协作方式的实践体验,培养协调工作共同完成任务的能力。另一方面通过仿真对实际系统运行进行模拟,以找出系统运行的瓶颈所在,好对实际系统进行优化分析,减少系统运行的成本,提高系统运行的效率。本课程设计主要对X玩具在其部件检验入库和组装出库过程中通过仿真模拟以优化其流程中存在的问题,减少流程中的浪费,提高运行效率
