1、摘要国际贸易和国际直接投资是生产要素、商品国际流动的两种途径，也是企业国际化经营的两种方式。随着经济全球化的加速发展，贸易与投资之间的关系日益密切,各国参与国际贸易和国际直接投资的程度不断提高。中国也一直在坚持“走出去”战略，企业的对外直接投资规模和范围不断扩大，海外机构数量不断增加。因此，两者之间的关系研究成为亟待解决的问题。对外直接投资和贸易之间存在什么样的关系，两者之间是否存在长期的关系，是否存在因果关系以及孰是因孰是果，尤其是在面临当今金融危机的形势下，应该以何种对策去面对。正是本文的研究所在。本文在阐述了当今我国国际直接投资和进出口贸易现状之后，采

2、用了实证的分析方法，对两者之间的关系进行了长期关系和因果关系分析，通过分别对出口和对外直接投资、进口和对外直接投资之间的协整检验分析，得出不仅出口和对外直接投资之间存在长期的关系，而且进口和对外直接投资之间也存在长期的关系。对外直接投资不是引起出口变化的原因，而出口时引起对外直接投资的原因。进口和对外直接投资之间不存在因果关系。进口不是引起对外直接投资变化的原因，对外直接投资也不是引起进口变化的原因。最后对当今国际金融危机情况下的中国的对外直接投资和进出口进行了分析，最后提出了相应的政策建议。关键词：对外直接投资协整关系格兰杰因果检验经济危机ABSTRACT
