1、毕业论文废弃菌棒厌氧干发酵工艺试验研究学院:农业工程与食品科学学院专业:学生姓名:指导教师:2012年6月中文摘要摘要摘要以平菇栽培废弃菌棒为原料,沼渣为接种物,研究了菌棒与玉米秸秆不同配比对产气量、发酵启动速度、甲烷产量等的影响,分析比较了不同配比原料在发酵过程中可挥发性固形物(VS)的利用率,优化确定了菌棒和秸秆的比例。研究结果表明,废弃菌棒与玉米秸秆之比为3:1时比较有利于沼气产生,该处理的总产气量和甲烷产量均高于其它处理,分别比纯菌棒的产量分别高出25.7%和30.6%,比纯秸秆高出21.1%和22.1%;废弃菌棒与玉米秸秆之比为
2、0:1相对废弃菌棒与玉米秸秆之比为3:1具有启动快的特点,但总产气量较低;废弃菌棒与玉米秸秆之比为1:0、1:1、1:3则启动慢,产气量也较少;废弃菌棒与玉米秸秆各种比例对产气中甲烷含量的影响不大,甲烷含量都经历了一个先上升,达到45%左右趋于稳定这一趋势;菌棒与秸秆3:1的处理在发酵前30天的VS利用率最高,达到34.3%,与其产气量最高的结果吻合,但由于试验结束时,各处理均处于产气的稳定期,还具有较大的产气潜能,要想获得最大产气量和VS利用率,需要进行更长时间的试验。关键词:玉米秸秆;废弃菌棒;厌氧干发酵;沼气IIIAbstractA
