1、沈阳工学院毕业论文摘要2519高强铝合金是一种新型装甲材料,具有比较高的比强度和比刚度以及良好的加工和力学性能,其优点是其在抗弹性能不低于原7039装甲铝合金前提下,在海水及盐雾环境下的抗应力腐蚀性能明显提高,到目前为止是制造轻型装甲战车的比较理想的材料。铝合金装甲在生产过程中通常采用电弧焊的方法进行连接,但是焊接过程中存在问题,比如热裂倾向大、气孔敏感性高等问题,同时2519铝合金对焊接热输入还比较敏感,如果工艺规范控制不当接头组织会发生变化,并且影响焊缝及热影响区的性能,从而严重降低了焊接结构件的总体强度和使用寿
2、命,这些种种特点使得2519铝合金在国内目前还没有得到推广和应用。炮塔装甲构件通常都有点厚大(厚度达20-80mm),用常规弧焊方法进行连接,生产效率非常低。而双丝GMAW焊方法是近年来新推出的焊接方法,和普通单丝GMAW焊相比,双丝焊具有以下特点,焊接效率高、热影响区小、低飞溅和低气孔率等,它适用于厚板铝合金装甲的生产。本次论文选用材料2519高强度铝合金,针对2519高强铝合金厚板双丝GMAW焊接工艺进行探索和研究。探讨焊接接头组织性能,力学性能等试验方法,分析焊接接头的宏观形貌、显微组织、机械力学性能和焊缝析出
