1、天津工业大学毕业论文天海净化有限公司招聘问题分析及对策研究姓名学院管理学院专业人力资源管理指导教师职称2014年12月摘要面对越来越激烈的市场竞争,现代企业需要更多的高素质人才保证其成长和可持续性发展,尤其是中小企业要生存就要更重视人才,因此招聘工作对于企业来讲至关重要。中小型民营企业要想克服人才瓶颈问题,就一定要重视企业的招聘工作,科学和正确的对待招聘工作[1]。本文以天海净化有限公司作为研究对象,通过对其2012年到2014年这三年的招聘数据的统计分析,发现公司目前的招聘现状为新招人员流动率高,达到了新招人员总人数的25%,通过对离职员工的调查统计,查出公司招聘存在的问题为:职位分
2、析不规范导致用人部门对职位定位不清晰;人职匹配度低;面试准备的不充分以及考官缺乏培训。针对本公司招聘存在的问题,本课题通过对人力资源规划、工作分析及能职匹配原理进行分析和研究,提出了相应的对策,第一做好人力资源规划和工作分析,明确岗位职责及任职资格;第二通过能职匹配度的对比和分析,达到最大的能职匹配;第三做好面试的准备工作;第四成立专业的考官队伍。关键词:天海净化有限公司;招聘问题;人力资源招聘管理;对策建议AbstractThefaceofmoreandmoreintensecompetitioninthemarket, modern enterprises needmorequal
