1、幼儿园园长国培培训心得体会园长培训心得体会提高理论修养，提升管理水平2014年11月25日，本着提高园长专业素养，使园长们更好地把握国内外学前教育发展的趋势、掌握学前教育政策、了解幼儿园的发展规划以及儿童学习与发展的理论，学习学前教育领域的新知识、新理论和新方法，拓展园长专业知识结构的宗旨，我非常荣幸的与来自河北省邯郸市各县区的40多名幼儿园园长参加了由国家教育部幼儿园园长培训中心主办的“河北省国培计划（2014）普惠民办幼儿园园长短期集中培训”项目，走进了东北师范大学这座美丽的校园。在培训中心领导、老师们的精心安排下

2、，为期十天的培训活动组织严密、管理严格，容量大、节奏快、培训形式多样，有专题讲座、经验交流、小组讨论、实地观摩考察等方式，专家教授和优秀园长们的讲座有如醍醐灌顶，充满着个性魅力，不时引发出学员们的思维碰撞和追问探究，也使我受益匪浅、感受颇深。一、做好定位，找准我园发展的未来之路；organizationsystemandworkingmode,theselectionofanumberofmunicipalstrengtheninggrouptobuildinnovationandstrengthentheorgani
