2、iliarystentshavebeenwidelyusedinavarietyofbenignandmalignantbileductstrictureasapalliativetreatment.Itsshort-termefficacyissignificant,butlong-termuseislimitedbystentrestenosis.OBJECTIVE:Toproduceanewantibacterialcoatingusedinbiliarystentbymeansofnano-silver/polyurethane
3、,andtotestinvitroantibacterialproperties.METHODS:Firstly,compositematerialsweremadeofnano-silverandpolyurethanebyinsitureductionmethod.AntibacterialtestwasusedtodetectinvitroantibacterialpropertiesagainstStaphylococcusaureus,Escherichiacoli,Pseudomonasaeruginosa,Klebsiel
4、lapneumoniaeandEnterococciofthreegroups:experimentalgroup(nano-silver/polyurethane),positivecontrolgroup(filterpapersoakedinsilvernitratesolution)andnegativecontrolgroup(polyurethane),antibacterialzonediametersweremeasuredandanalyzed.RESULTSANDCONCLUSION:Thedifferencewas
