1、西安工程大学本科毕业设计（论文）摘要本设计根据设计任务书的处理水质要求，运用卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺对咸阳市秦都区城市生活污水进行处理，使污水出水水质达到回用标准。处理工艺由4部分构成，第一部分是由格栅及曝气沉砂池组成的物理处理系统，第二部分是以卡鲁塞尔氧化沟和二沉池等构筑物组成的生物处理系统，第三部分是由滤池和接触池组成的三级处理工艺。第四部分是污泥处理系统，二沉池的污泥经污泥泵抽送至浓缩池浓缩，然后送入脱水间经带式压滤机脱水后外运。设计中对整个水处理流程的各主体构筑物如格栅、曝气沉砂池、卡鲁塞尔氧化沟、辐流式二沉池、接触池等进行了系统、详细的设
2、计计算和说明。理论上给出了这个流程中BOD、COD、SS的去除率及脱氮除磷的效率。同时绘制了工艺中各处理构筑物的结构图；结合咸阳市秦都区当地的地形、风向和设计规范，对污水处理厂进行平面布置和高程计算，从而系统地确定各处理构筑物在工艺中相对位置和标高。最后对污水厂的提升泵站进行了系统深入的设计计算，绘制了泵房系统结构图。设计成果主要有：设计说明书，计算书，图纸6张：平面图，高程图、泵站及各处理构筑物结构图。关键词：城市污水物理处理卡鲁塞尔氧化沟污泥处理第69页西安工程大学本科毕业设计（论文）AbstractThecarrouseloxidati
