1、新型建筑防水材料与施工工艺摘要：真正新功能的防水材料不仅要考虑其可变性、耐劳性，更加要考虑它的耐水性、耐腐蚀性以及环保性能，但是任何一种单一的防水材料要完全解决以上所提出的问题都是很困难的，就目前来看，尽管我国的防水材料还不能完全达到完美的标准，但是较之以前已经有了很大的发展，如APP改性沥青防水卷材、SBS改性沥青防水卷材和聚氯乙烯防水卷材，其中部分材料的性能已经能和国际上先进的防水技术相媲美。我国的建筑防水工程多年来一直使用纸胎石油沥青防水卷材作为柔性防水的主要材料，但是随着建筑业的飞速发展，纸胎石油沥青防水卷材因其无延伸率、易撕裂、不
