2、密的公式推导和理论分析。在比较了几种CPS-SPWM调制脉冲产生方案后,为了解决一些存在的问题,提出了一种完全由FPGA产生CPS-SPWM调制波的设计方案,并在EP1C6上实现了基于该方案的调制波形发生模块。该模块可产生三相共60路CPS-SPWM调制波形,使用该模块产生的调制波形控制三相五级全桥式逆变器,可产生多达11电平的输出正弦波。设计加入了多样化设计,可通过用户接口进行电平数、调制度、载波比等参数设置。通过优化设计,节省了芯片资源,提高了芯片效率。仿真和实验证明了该设计的可行性。关键词:电力电子;多电平变换器;载波移相SPWM发生器Abstract┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊
