1、摘要毕业设计某金矿年处理30万吨矿石选矿厂设计iv摘要摘要：按照毕业设计任务书的要求，进行了年处理30万吨某金矿选矿厂设计，产品为金精矿，设计地点为辽宁省庄河市。为了选择和制定技术上先进，工艺成熟，生产上可靠，经济效益高的综合方案，本设计参考了大量相关选厂的设计资料，最终根据实际情况，确定了合理的各车间的工作制度，拟定了设计工艺流程，即采用三段一闭路破碎流程，一段闭路磨矿流程，一段一循环浮选工艺流程，先浓缩后过滤的两段脱水流程。通过设计，获得最终精矿品位为127.0g/t（原矿品位为4.7g/t）
