3、theirgraciousaidthroughoutthistransition.Theyhavebeenmagnificent.Thankyou.Today’sceremony,however,hasveryspecialmeaning.Becausetoday,wearenotmerelytransferringpowerfromoneadministrationtoanotherorfromonepartytoanother.ButwearetransferringpowerfromWashingtonD.C.andgiving
4、itbacktoyou,thepeople.Fortoolong,asmallgroupinournation’scapitalhasreapedtherewardofgovernmentwhilethepeoplehavebornethecost承担费用.Washingtonflourished繁荣,butthepeopledidnotshareitswealth.Politiciansprospered繁荣,butthejobsleft.Andthefactoriesclosed.Theestablishmentprotected
