3、ents,aimedknowingaboutthestudents’interestinEnglish.TheresultshowsthatEnglishisconsideredasthelesspopularcourse,only23%ofstudentsthinkingitenjoyable,comparedwithothercourses.Anotherresearchnamedwhatcoursedoyouinterestinamong1376primarypupilsinBeijing,tofindthemostpopularcourse,wastakenbyaeducationor
4、ganization.Theresultisthesameastheabove;Englishaccountingfor40%stillisthoughtofasthemostdifficulttomaster.III.AnalysisonthelackofinterestinEnglishlearningInsurveys,studentssaidthereasonswhytheywerenotinterestedinEnglish.8%ofthemthoughtthecourseitselfwasboring,what’s,theirteacherstaughtitbadly,accoun
5、tingfor21%,andabout16%believedtheproblemwastheydidnothaveagiftforthecourse.Also,theremainingheldthattheirdisgustedteachersmadeitimpossibletofavorthecourseforthem.Fromtheabove-mentioned,wecouldseethatteacherstakeanimportantresponsibilityinthedevelopmentofinterestinEnglishlearning.Thewordsfromthemouth
6、softeacherscanbedifferent.Ateacherofasecondaryvocationalschooltookastudyamonghisstudents,theresultsofwhicharethat88%ofthemthoughtwhytheylearnEnglishisthattheyhavetotakeexam,93%believetheydidhavenopotentialandnoconfidenceinlearningEnglishwell.Besides,hecameupwithanideathatthestudentscanbedividedintof
