3、oxtranscriptionfactorsplayimportantrolesinthegrowthanddevelopmentoftheplants,involvedinregulationofcelldifferentiation,thearchitectureofmorphogenesisandresponsetoenvironmentalsignalsinplants．Tostudythefunctionofthesetranscriptionfactorsinrice,weconstructedRNAivectorsofOsHox９andanalyzedthefuncti
4、onofOsHox９bythereversegeneticsmethod．TheresultsshowedthattheheightandtillernumberofRNAitransgenicplantsweredecreasedincomparisonwithwildtypeplants．RealＧtimePCRanalysisshowedthatOsHox９expressionlevelwasdownregulatedintransgenicplantswithphenotype．However,theexpressionlevelofOsHox９intransgenicpla
5、ntswithoutphenotypewassimilartowildtypeplants,suggestingthatthephenotypesoftransgenicplantswerecausedbyRNAieffects．Inaddition,wealsoanalyzedtheexpressionpatternofOsHox９indifferentorgansofrice．TheresultsshowedthatOsHox９wasexpressedindifferentorgans,especiallydisplayedhighexpressionlevelinstemapi
