3、cationalfinancedfrompublicfunds,butasmallportionattendschoolswhollyindependentofpublicfinancialsupport.”Secondly,bothofthetwocountrieshavelawstoensurecompulsoryeducation.Thirdly,thetwocountrieshavesamecurriculums.Forexample,AccordingtoZhuYongtaoandWangLili,foreignlanguagesaretaught
