7、纱含水率的试验方法·······························································⋯⋯12YD月1115.2-2001前言本标准是参照国际标准化组织ISO2060-(1990)《纱线密度的测定》、ISO2062-(1990)《纱线抗张强度及伸长率的测定》、ISO287-(1985)《纸张和木材含水量的测定(烘干法)}、国际电工委员会IEC216-(1990)《电绝缘体长期耐温的测定》,并且根据我国现行国家标准的有关规定以及国内实际工艺制造水平制定的。

8、对于尚无国际标准和国家标准参照的试验方法,本标准采用国内在企业中施行的试验方法。本标准制订时,根据GB/'F1.1-1993《标准化工作导则第一单元:标准的起草与表述规则第1部分:标准编写的基本规定》和GB/T1.3-1997《标准化工作导则第一单元:标准的起草与表述规则第3部分:产品标准编写规定》进行编写。本标准为首次制定的中华人民共和国通信行业标准。本标准的附录A、附录B、附录C、
