2、TheMinisterofAgriculture,ForestryandFisherieshas,undersection15oftheAgriculturalProductStandardsAct,1990(ActNo.119of1990)–对以下15条农产品标准法令（1990），农林渔业部：(a)madetheregulationsintheSchedule;制定规程的时间表；(b)determinedthatthesaidregulationsshallcomeintooperationondateofpublic

3、ation;and决定上述规程如期发布生效；并且(c)readtogetherwithsection3(2)ofthesaidAct,repealedtheregulationspublishedbyProclamationNo.R.61of1973,GovernmentNoticesNos.R.1137of13June1975,R.1829of26September1975,R.804of4May1976,R.2245of3December1976,R.1147of24 June1977,R.627of28March

5、nassignedbytheAct,shallhavethatmeaning,and--"albedo"meansthespongywhitetissueontheinsideoftherindofcitrusfruit;白皮层"Arthropoda"meansanystageinthelifecycleofaninvertebratememberoftheAnimalKingdomthatisbilaterallysymmetricalwithasegmentedbody;withjointedlimbsthatare

6、pairedandachitinousexternalskeleton;节肢动物"blemish"meansanyexternaldefectonthesurfaceofthecitrusfruitwhichdetrimentallyaffectstheappearanceofthecitrusfruit;缺陷"chemicalresidues"meansresiduesofagriculturalremedieswhichintermsoftheFertilizers,FarmFeeds,AgriculturalRem
