1、毕业设计(论文)中文摘要山楂在我国分布广泛,每年可以达到上百万吨,由于它是季节性强的水果,受它本身特性所限,其贮藏期比较短,而且其果酸含量较多,需要加工后贮藏和使用。在我国目前的山楂去核机械的发展比较落后,因为缺乏良好的设备,加工工业的落后,生产效率低,使得一些地方出现水果积压腐烂现象,使得果农在经济上造成。去核是山楂在加工工序中重要的处理工序,以前的手工操作已经不能满足现代山楂加工的需求,不但用了许多的劳动力,劳动强度比较大,生产效率太低,并且产品质量难以控制。该设计主要是为了解决山楂去核的劳动强度大,卫生安全,生产效率山楂产品的质量。该次设计的去核机的去壳机构主要使用的是曲柄双滑块机构将
2、其放到下料筒里,靠重力落到转盘的槽中,转盘与下料筒接触,在槽轮的带动下转过一定的角度,使其转到山楂去核区,使得曲柄双滑块机构下落,从头冲掉山楂核,槽轮继续旋转,当放着山楂的槽转到落山楂区时,因为落山楂区的槽比山楂的直径大的多,所以在重力的作用下山楂落入容器中,因为冲头由曲柄双滑块组成,所以曲柄旋转动一次可以完成两个山楂的去核,这样就提高了生产效率。关键词: 山楂自动去核机曲柄双滑槽轮毕业设计(论文)英文摘要HawthorniswidelydistributedinChina,everyyearcanreachmillionsoftons,becauseitisaseasonalfruit,t
