1、交货期保证及违约责任承诺篇一：交货期承诺书及违约追究条款承诺书因我方原因未能按投标文件所报的交货期交货时（不可抗力除外），我方愿按下述比例向买方支付违约金:迟交1～4周，每周支付迟交货物合同总金额的0.5％；迟交5～8周，每周支付迟交货物合同总金额的1％；迟交9周以上，每周支付迟交货物合同总金额的1.5％；迟交货物的违约金总额不超过合同总价的10％。我方支付迟交违约金，并不解除我方按照合同继续交货的义务。违约追究条款（1）卖方履约延误①卖方应按合同规定的时间按期交货和提供服务（不可抗力除外）。②在履行合
