5、1992a本标准与MT136-1992相比,主要变化如下:—删除原标准中规定的水冷电机结构,明确煤电钻的命名方式(1992版的第3章,本版的第3章);—增加了煤电钻外壳摩擦火花试验(见4.3.2);—煤电钻外壳水压试验时间由原来的1min减少为10十若s(1992版的4.14,本版的4.3.12);—煤电钻交变湿热试验后绝缘电阻由原来的。.38Mn提升为2.0MSl(1992版的4.6,本版的4.3.10);—外壳温升指标由原来的40K降为30K,手柄温升由原来的20K降为10K(1992版的4.17.6,本版的4.4.6);—煤电钻温升
6、试验后,热态绝缘电阻由原来的0.13M。提升为2.0Mfl(1992版的4.17.7,本版的4.4.7);—增加了涉及防爆性能的更改需重新送检的规定(见6.3.2);—增加了型式检验项目中的质量特征判别(见表6)0本标准由中国煤炭工业协会科技发展部提出。本标准由煤炭工业煤矿专用设备标准化技术委员会归口。本标准起草单位:煤炭科学研究总院上海分院、天津市煤矿专用设备厂。本标准主要起草人:张建、高小桦、李云是、祖金德、王树桐。本标准所代替标准的历次版本发布情况为:—MT136-1986.MT136-1992.MT136-2004隔爆型手持式煤电
7、钻1范围本标准规定了隔爆型手持式煤电钻(以下简称煤电钻)的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输与贮存。本标准适用于煤层或半煤岩层的旋转钻孔的煤电钻。2规范性引用文件下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本标准。GB755-2000旋转电机定额和性能GB/T1032-1985三相异步电动机试验方法GB/T2423.4
