6、···················13一、实验目的和要求材料成型及控制工程专业的学生经过专业基础课和专业课的学习,基本掌握了高分子材料、金属材料成型加工的特点,成型模具的结构设计,各种先进的模具制造技术等知识。应用所学专业知识及各种先进计算机软件(如AutoCAD、Pro/E、UG、MasterCAM)、实验仪器设备等进行模具专业综合实验,不但可以提高学生的实践能力,同时也是一个对专业课理论知识融会贯通、消化和吸收、提高总结的过程。在综合实验的过程中,不但对理论知识的理解得到提高,最重要的是能够使学生对专业知识的综合运用能力得到提高。通过综合实验,能够提出问

7、题,并运用已掌握的知识分析实际问题,并解决问题,从而使学生解决实际问题的能力得到升华,为今后从事设计与研究工作奠定良好的基础。综合实验是实践教学环节,有利于培养和提高学生的设计能力及解决生产技术问题的能力,初步掌握分析研究解决工程技术问题的方法。同时,通过实验也能进一步了解和掌握实验设备的结构、工作原理,熟练使用本专业设备。在综合实验中,要求每个学生利用现有的条件(原材料、工艺设备等),充分发挥自己的创新思维和主观能动性,从制品三维造型设计、到模具结构设计、材料选择、成型加工方法选择,到实验工艺路线确定,再到模具的制作与装配及试模,自行设计与实施实验的全过程,最
