1、摘要绩效考核是指在一定的考核标准和战略目标之下，企业对所有员工的工作行为和他们的工作业绩进行评估与评价，对公司人员的工作表现及其工作态度形成积极的指导。通过考核，能够将企业人员的聘用、企业内部的发展、员工劳动的薪酬、人员职务的升降等几大指标相互结合，让一个企业的激励机制能够充分的发挥作用，从而更加有利于这个企业健康稳定的发展。同时，绩效考核有利于员工个人树立起自我激励、自我鼓励的心理发展模式。绩效考核管理系统的产生，正是为了更加方便的实现以上目标。本文根据西安某软件公司在绩效考核方面存在的漏洞和不足而立项，对绩效考核管理系统首先进行需
2、求分析，将绩效考核管理信息系统功能模块划分为：人员管理、考核管理、考核处理、考核指标管理等模块。利用MyEclipse作为开发工具，Java作为开发语言，SQLServer作为后台数据库，构建B/S模式下的西安某软件公司绩效考核管理信息系统。本系统的特点是使用WEB页面进行网络考核，增强了考核时间的灵活性，为提高企业人员管理水平，提升公司业绩提供了技术支持。关键词：绩效考核；管理信息系统；MyEclipseIIIABSTRACTPerformanceappraisalisreferstounderthecertainstandardo
