1、更换配电变压器施工方案更换变压器施工方案教材一、配电变压器停、送电的操作1、操作跌落式熔断器(保险)，应使用合格的绝缘棒进行操作，雨天操作应使用有防雨罩的绝缘棒，并戴绝缘手套。2、在配电变压器台架上进行工作，不论线路是否停电，应先拉开低压侧刀闸，后拉开高压侧隔离开关(刀闸)或跌落式熔断器(保险)，在停电的高、低压引线上验电、接地。上述操作在工作负责人监护下进行时，可不用操作票。3、高压跌落式熔断器的操作方法（1）、操作跌落式熔断器时要选好位置，使用足够长度的绝缘杆在地面操作与带电部位保持足够距离，严禁上变台操作。（2）、
