1、摘要本系统可分为现场控制子系统和基于Internet的远程控制子系统两部分。现场控制子系统部分采用MCS-51系列8031单片机，针对锅炉这个复杂的调节对象，本系统通过对水温，水位，压力等参数的检测，采用PID控制算法对锅炉进行自动控制。由检测元件检测到的模拟信号,经过滤波电路送入A/D转换成相应的数字量，单片机根据系统所设定的参数对给油量，给水量进行调节与控制，使控制系统的运行更加准确、经济可靠。而作为远程控制子系统的服务器，现场控制计算机还安装了一个研华公司的PCL-818L数据采集卡和美国

2、国家仪器(NI)有限公司的虚拟仪器软件Labview，远程控制计算机只需安装虚拟仪器软件Labview8.2就可以了。在Internet上的任意一台计算机，只要被授予了足够的权限，就能在web浏览器上输入相应的网址察看锅炉的运行情况。为了让远程控制端的操作人员更直观的了解控制现场锅炉的运行情况，本系统设计时加入了基于Internet网络视频传输环节。通过Internet把锅炉的实时数据传输到远程，使操作人员能在远程实时了解生产现场信息和运行情况,从而达到对锅炉生产过程进行科学管理、预防事故发生的
