7、废旧聚酯瓶片年产60000吨涤纶长丝建设地点:山东省经济开发区承建单位:某生态科技有限公司第二节项目提出背景、必要性1.2.1项目提出背景、必要性为解决人们穿衣保暖的大问题,单纯依靠天然纤维增长是不现实的。中国每年的天然纤维产量在650万吨以下。由于粮棉争地,实现天然纤维的增长也是不可能的,那只有靠合成化纤。涤纶纤维是整个化学纤维家族中的核心主体。纺织业所需纤维中的40~50%来自涤纶。亚洲地区人均纤维年消费量尚不足6公斤,距离欧美国家(20-30公斤)还有很大的差距,作为化纤主力军的涤纶纤维,未来中长
8、期的市场需求将呈现稳定增长的趋势。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,矿泉水、饮料、小包装食用油的消费量不断增加。相应的包装物---矿泉水瓶、饮料瓶、油瓶等使用量迅速增加。这类包装瓶多数采用聚酯原料生产,而聚酯是利用石油为原料加工而成的。聚酯瓶加工业的飞速发展使石油资源消耗剧增,同时各类废弃聚酯瓶造成了社会环境污染也越来越大,它们对生态环境及经济发展带来的破坏和损失已成为急待解决的社会问题。利用废旧聚酯瓶片及涤纶长丝生产项目可行性研究报告作为行业可
