1、长北气田水平井井眼失稳技术研究摘要长北气田地处鄂尔多斯盆地北部,是国内气田的重点开发项目。该气田储层地质复杂,井壁岩石易塌,易碎。泥岩,煤层交替出现,对水平井的钻井带来了了极大的困难。钻进过程中经常发生井壁失稳,给钻井工程带来了极大的困难和经济损失,在己开发的数口双分支水平井中大多发生过井眼失稳的情况。对此,基于对水平井井眼力学的分析,结合长北气田的几口水平井的钻井过程和参数,分析不同井段、不同地层的井眼失稳机理。在钻具组合方面,在尽可能少换钻具组合的前提下,根据地层特性选用适应于该地层的钻具组合;同样在钻井参数上,保证必要的机械钻速的条件下也要符合井
