1、PriceTermsofExportsInforeigntrade,itisalsoimportanttolearnaboutthepricesofgoodsorquotationsgenerallysuppliedbyexportersandabouttheimportantpointstobeincludedinthecontractofsaleinanexportandimporttransaction.Exporttransactionsbasedonthecontractofsaleusuallyembodyspecialpricetermswhich

2、arenotcustomaryinthehometrade.Themostcommonofthesetermsarethef.o.bandc.i.f.,butthereareotherswhichlikewisecallforattention.Thesetermshavebeendevelopedbyinternationalmercantilecustomandhavesimplified,toacertainextent,standardized,thesaleofgoodsabroad.Theyareinuniversaluseinforeigntrad

3、etransactions.Theyare,however,sometimesinterpreteddifferentlyinvariouscountriesandtheirmeaningmaybemodifiedbyagreementoftheparties,thecustomofaparticulartradeortheusageprevailinginaparticularport. F.A.S(NamedVesselinthePortofShipment)Underthetermf.a.s.(freealongsideship),theseller’sr

4、esponsibilityandriskinrespectofthegoodsisdischargedwhentheyarecarriedalongsidetheshipsothattheycanbeplacedonboardeitherintheship’stackle,orbyashore-craneorsomeothermeans.Theactualloadingofthegoodsovertheship’srailisberthedalongsideawharforquay,thegoodshavetobeplacedashorenearherancho

5、rage;wheretheshipcannotentertheportorisanchoredinthestream,thesellerhastoprovideandpayforlighterswhichwilltaketheconsignmentalongsidetheshiporvessel.Thebuyer’sobligationsareasfollows:1.       Charteravesselorreservethenecessaryspaceonboardavesselandpaythecosts.2.       Givethesellera

6、dequatenoticeofthenameofthevessel,sailingdate,ladingberthanddeliverytimealongsidethevessel.3.       Bearallchargesandrisksofthegoods,fromthetimetheyhavebeeneffectivelydeliveredalongsidethevessel,andcoverthenecessaryinsurance.F.O.B.(NamedProtofshipment)离岸价格Thesellerwhensellingf.o.b.(f
