1、医院财务人员培训计划医院财务人员培训计划医院财务管理水平的高低，直接影响医院的经营管理状况，为保证医院在日益激烈的竞争环境中健康有效地发展，医院财会科以强化财务管理，提高业务水平为宗旨，结合自身的具体情况，针对财会人员拟定了一系列的培训教育计划，现就其内容和形式列示如下：一、岗前培训1、岗前培训的对象为新进财务人员；2、岗前培训的内容包括医院简介、工作岗位职责、各项管理制度等；3、岗前培训的时间为新财务人员报到当月进行，时间安排一般不超过一周，由财会科负责人实施。二、岗位培训。1、岗位培训的对象为全体财务人员。2、岗位培训的内容包括基本技能培训、会计法、医院会计制度、财务
