1、对民营企业文化建设的研究　　　　摘要　　在改革开放潮流的带动下，中国民营经济应孕而生，经过了20多年的发展壮大，民营经济已经成为社会主义市场经济中一个重要的组成部分。但是民营企业发展也受到传统模式的制约，其经营理念、文化模式、思维习惯等都日益受到现代企业经营方式的挑战，民营企业文化建设显得日益重要。本文采取理论分析与实证分析相结合的方法，借正泰集团企业文化建设的经验和教训，分析我国民营企业文化建设所取得的成效和存在的问题，认为民营企业重视程度不够、家族血缘文化、民营企业家与企业员工素质不高、外部环境的影响、企业文化建设的方式以及政策引导等方面障碍的存在是民营企业

2、文化建设问题存在的主要原因。同时本文也提出要从加强企业文化建设重要性认识、提升民营企业家和企业员工的素质、深化以"人本管理"为核心内容的民营企业文化建设、从科学高度来改造民营企业文化、完善良好的外部环境、采取多样化的民营企业文化建设方式等几个方面来推进我国民营企业文化建设。良好的民营企业文化能为我国民营企业发展提供源源不断的精神动力。　　关键词民营企业；企业文化；对策TheResearchofPrivateCorporateCultural　ConstructionResearchAbstract　　Collectiveeconomyhasbeensprungu
