1、摘要随着时代的发展、科学的进步，信息时代已经遍布全球，计算机已广泛地深入各行各业，起着越来越巨大的作用。随着人口的不断增长，管理这些庞大的数据是非常困难的，因为人口的信息是随时变化的，因此必须对人口信息进行动态的管理，而这对于一个管理人员来说是一件比较复杂的事情，存储，查询，更新，删除是必不可少的业务。为了能让管理员从繁重的工作中解脱出来，使管理员在使用一个软件以后能极其容易地对所有人口信息进行管理，并且准确无误，轻松自如。因此开发一个户籍管理系统软件是当务之急，也是本论文选题的重要意义和研究宗
2、旨。由于ASP语言的简易，便用简便，服务器空间成本相对较低，并且有Mircosoft的支持，使得很多中小型的WEB系统采用此语言,而面向对象的优势也使得开发应用程序变得非常容易，所以本系统采用Asp语言来编写，开发环境采用Dreamweaver8.0，数据库采用Access2007。本文简单介绍了户籍管理系统的用户管理、人口信息查询、增加人口信息、死亡人口信息、更新人口信息的业务流程，结合管理信息系统开发的理念，开发了户籍管理信息系统。关键词：户籍管理；信息管理；Asp；Access2007AB
